088565 Package includes 415 volt 3 phase Hypertherm Powermax 45 SYNC plasma cutter power source, CE marked for use in Europe, 15.2 metre 75 degree SmartSync hand torch, 6.1m earth lead, 45 amp drag cutting cartridge. 

For metal workers who want the most versatile system available to Cut, Gouge and mark, Powermax45 SYNC delivers the best return on investment with a patented single-piece cartridge, up to 5x longer consumable life, and greater cutting power than higher-amperage competitors.

With the relevant cartridge this machine can be used for all of these process's :- 

Drag cutting up to 45 Amps in direct contact with the workpiece

Fine cut, for improved cutting on materials 3mm and below 

Max control Gouging - precise metal removal for light metal washing 

Max removal Gouging - For aggressive removal of weld seams

Mechanised Cutting 

Metal Marking - at 10 Amps and Above 

For Both 230 volt single phase and 415 volt 3 phase versions of this machine the cutting capacities are the same.

Max Cutting thickness ( Severence Cut) 29mm  @ 125mm/min

Recommended Production Cut 16mm @ 500mm/min 

Recommended pierce capacity for mechanised systems with DTHC 12mm.
