At Wasp Supplies Limited our aim is to keep delivery charges to a minimum.

For Herts, Beds and Bucks we offer free delivery using our own transport for orders exceeding a nett value of £5.

How long will it take ?

For orders placed before 2pm -

If the ordered items are in stock, we strive to despatch your order on the same day using a 24 hour delivery service with our current courier.

We will contact you to inform you if any of the items are out of stock and provide an estimated delivery date.

For orders placed after 2pm -

If the ordered items are in stock, we aim to despatch your order the following working day using a 24 hour delivery service with our current courier.

We will contact you to inform you if any of the items are out of stock and provide an estimated delivery date.

Can I collect my order ?

Yes, collection can be arranged from our Luton warehouse upon request during our working hours.

What should I do if my delivery does not arrive as expected ?

For Mainland UK excluding Scottish highlands

£8.75 + Vat on orders with a nett value below £70

FREE delivery on all orders over £70 nett value. ( * Exclusions apply; see below for Baileigh, Promac, Jet, Bianco and Armorgard products)

Scottish Highlands

Up to 30kg - £17.50

For goods heavier than 30kg, see individual item or contact us for an accurate cost.

* How much is carriage for Baileigh, Promac, Jet and Bianco Products ?

Baileigh, Promac, Jet and Bianco products will be shipped without charge for orders exceeding £1500.

For orders below £1500, delivery fees will be determined based on the weight of the order.

For deliveries to addresses in Mainland UK you may utilize the Delivery Estimator at checkout to receive precise shipping costs.

For deliveries to Ireland, the delivery fees will be calculated and added during the checkout process.

* How much is carriage for Armorgard Products ?

Armorgard offer free delivery for orders shipped to Mainland UK.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be assessed based on weight; Orders under 40kg will incur a charge of £45+ VAT, while orders exceeding 40kg will be charged £98+VAT.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will also be determined by weight during the checkout process; Orders weighing less than 40kg will be billed at £55 + VAT, and those over 40kg will be charged £130 + VAT.

Deliveries to the Highlands will be calculated according to weight at the checkout; Orders below 40kg will have a fee of £20 + VAT, whereas orders above 40kg will be charged £55 + VAT.

How much is carriage for European deliveries ?

European Delivery parcels up to 30kg

European A £25 includes :- Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, N Ireland, Eire., Channel Islands(Tax Free), Scottish Islands

European B £35 includes :- Austria, Czech Rep, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Sardinia/Sicily, Slovak Rep, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,

European C £45 includes :- Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece,Latvia.

European D £65 includes :- Lithuania, Malta, Romania,

European E £70 - includes non EU import clearance costs, Albania, Herzegovina, Lichtenstein, Macedonia, Madeira, Moldova, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine.

European F £95 - includes non EU import clearance costs, Balearics, Belarus, Gibraltar, Iceland, Turkey.

Restrictions for European deliveries

Please do not order Aerosol tins, Pickling Paste or products containing Lithium Ion batteries as these can not be sent on international freight.
