Can I cancel my order?


When purchasing goods or services from Wasp Supplies Limited through our website, you possess the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days following the day you receive your goods, with the exception of the items specified below. You are not required to provide a reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you incur any penalties. If you wish to cancel your order during this period, please contact us via email at: sales@waspsupplies.co.uk or contact us by phone at 01582 566560.


You are unable to cancel your contract if the items you ordered are:


Customised to your specifications.


Personal protective equipment.



Returning an order for a refund.


If you have received the goods prior to cancelling your contract, you must return the items to us at: Wasp Supplies Limited, Unit 1 Ribocon Way, North Luton Industrial Estate, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 9UR. The items can also be returned to us in person.

The cost of returning the items will be the responsibility of the customer, and the goods must be returned in a new and unused condition, along with their original packaging. We highly recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and retaining a proof of postage. Please be aware that we do not refund or credit any carriage costs.
