SALES REPRESENTATIVE

At Wasp Supplies, we currently have an opening for a sales representative tasked with servicing our existing customer base and acquiring new customers within the designated sales territory.

We are looking for an individual with sales experience to promote our range of Industrial products, which are primarily targeted at the welding and metal fabrication sector, including welding equipment, abrasives and personal protective equipment (PPE).

A candidate lacking sales experience but possessing a solid engineering background, who wishes to transition from the shop floor to technical sales.

The ideal candidate should present themselves well, exhibit strong communication skills, be adaptable and eager to learn, but above all, be reliable with a robust work ethic.

Our experienced sales team, along with technical specialists from the manufacturers of the products we offer, will assist in organising and training you to represent our company, products and services professionally in this highly rewarding sales role.

Our direct sales operations are primarily within a 30-mile radius of Luton, and it is preferable for the ideal candidate to reside within this vicinity. A company vehicle and fuel for business purposes, along with limited private use, will be provided.

Working hours will align with standard business hours from Monday to Friday. This role offers a competitive basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £32.000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes an uncapped bonus scheme to reward you upon achieving targets, as well as a company mobile phone and laptop.
