Indemnity

You agree to assume full responsibility for all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees on a full indemnity basis, incurred by us as a result of any violation of the Terms of Use by you, as well as for any other liabilities arising from your use of our site or the use of your personal account details and/or your Personal Information by any other individual accessing our site.

How long we keep your Personal Information

We will retain your Personal Information solely for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this clause.

If you have not acquired Goods from us or enquired about purchasing any of our Goods, and if you have granted us prior consent, we will utilise the Personal Information we possess about you to contact you via email to inform you about our Goods.  If you would prefer not to receive these communications from us, or if you no longer wish to receive them, you may opt out at any time.

If you are an existing customer, or have previously purchased Goods from us or enquired about purchasing any of our Goods, we may use the Personal Information we hold about you to contact you via email to provide details of similar Goods to those you have purchased or enquired about.  If you would prefer not to receive these communications from us, or if no longer wish to receive them, you may opt out at any time.  We have conducted a legitimate interests assessment of our marketing practices and concluded that legitimate interests serve as an appropriate basis for those practices, as we believe it is reasonable to assume that you would expect us to promote our Goods to you in this manner, and that doing so entails relatively little intrusion into your privacy or any disproportionate impact on your fundamental rights.

Monitoring

Please be aware that telephone calls to our landlines are recorded for quality & training purposes. 

We may monitor communications with you (such as emails) for the quality assurance, training, fraud prevention and compliance purposes.  Any information we gather through such monitoring and communication will be added to the information we already possess about you and may also be utilised for any of the purposes outlined in this clause.

Personal Information about other individuals

If you provide us with information on behalf of a third party, you confirm that the third party has authorised you to act on his/her/their behalf and has consented to your ability to:

  • Give consent on his/her/their behalf for the processing of his/her/their information.
  • Receive any data protection notices on his/her/their behalf; and Consent to the transfer of his/her/their information abroad (if applicable).

Overseas transfers
