Tube Polisher TP-115 is the ideal machine for polishing round tubes with diameters from 10mm (0.4″) up to 114mm (4.5″) with tight bend radii. The TP-115 is a belt style machine with two abrasive belts that enable the processing of bent and straight tube. This tube finishing machine is the ideal solution for tubes that are too large to fit the smaller Tube polisher TP-80.

The two belts move in a planetary motion. This means that not only do the belts each spin individually, but both belts revolve around the central material. This helps to cover all surfaces of the tube or pipe.

This machine can optionally be equipped with an automatic feeding system for straight tubes finishing at an extra cost.

The Tube Polisher TP-115 includes many features which assist the operator in making the use of this machine as simple as possible. For example, the machine includes both front and back material rests.

Furthermore, these material rests are integrated with a measured scale, allowing extremely quick and simple adjustment. By simply loosening a locking handle, you can select the size of material you are using. From there you can be sure that this material will now lay perfectly central to the rotating wheels.

As always, operator safety is of utmost concern in fabricating. Because of this, a large CE compliant emergency stop is installed at the front of the machine.
