The Bibielle SCD 491 Surface conditioning discs, are 100 diameter with a 16mm hole and are medium grade (SCD491 maroon ), boxed in 10's, 100x16mm diameter/hole

They are velcro backed and can be used on a velcro or flanged backing pad.
