90mm x 100mm Burnishing machine Rubber Expansion Roller


90mm diameter X 100mm wide rubber Expansion roller with 19mm diameter keyed shaft to fit Burnishing machines such as Metabo, Flex, Fein, Cibo etc. for belt size 100 x 280 mm or 100 x282 mm.

For use with grinding belts and abrasive sleeves/mops to remove scratches, discolouration and weld seems.

The belts can be used to regrain or polish stainless steels, these are available as polyester backed from 40 grit through to 240 grit. and Surface conditioning materials in Course, Medium and Fine.

Mirror polishing can be achieved using trizact style belts which range from 120 to 2000 grit.


The grinding belts/ abrasive sleeves are pushed over the roller and clamped securely by centrifugal force

For belt size 100 wide x  282 circumference
