MB501 Water Cooled 500A Mig Torch and consumable spares:      

The MB501 (also known as MB501D or MB501W, depending on cooling type) is a heavy-duty MIG/MAG welding torch, specifically built for continuous, high-amperage industrial welding. It is typically water-cooled, which allows it to operate at high currents for extended periods without overheating.

Fitted with a Euro connector and available in 3,4 and 5m lengths. The 100 duty cycles are 500 amps with Co2 gas and 450 amps with Argon/Co2 mixed gas, Wire Diameter Range 1.0mm - 1.6mm

Shipbuilding and offshore fabrication, Heavy Structural steel work,  Power plant and pressure vessel fabrications are ideal applications for this torch
