428984 Hypertherm SmartSYNC HyAccess handheld cartridge for 65 Amp drag cutting applications. Pack of 1.

HYAccess Cartridges are approx 75mm longer to access difficult to reach places

65 Amp smartsync handheld cartridges are compatible with: SmartSYNC torches for the Powermax65/85/105 SYNC systems

They also can be used on Duramax® torches using a torch adapter (428951) for Powermax 65/85/105 systems, however data storage and cartridge ID are not compatible with Duramax torches.

SmartSYNC cartridges are colour coded for ease of identification:- Yellow - Drag Cutting, Green- Gouging, Grey-Mechanised cutting, Black-Flush cut and HyAccess

The cartridge stores information on its usage within its own internal chip, including arc starts, transfers and hours used, this can be read by fitting the cartridge to the SmartSYNC torch, info is then displayed on the power source screen. Alternatively the data can be read by using the optional 528083 cartridge reader and smart phone app.

Using the new range of Hypertherm SmartSYNC cartridges improves consumable life by allowing all parts used in the traditional 5 piece stack up to wear at equal rates. Using a combination of part worn and new consumables on the same cutting torch reduces the overall life of the consumable stack.

The cartridge replaces the 5 piece stack used on alternative plasma cutting systems
