The Hypertherm Powermax65 SYNC is a next-generation professional grade air plasma cutter that dramatically simplifies system operation for production cutting and gouging up to 20 mm (3/4) and severance cutting up to 32mm.

The Hypertherm 65 SYNC Features automated system process set-up via advanced RFID-enabled SmartSYNC torches and a revolutionary single-piece cartridge consumable that provides trackable utilization data.

The Powermax65 SYNC maximises productivity through reductions in downtime, optimised cut quality performance and streamlined consumable inventory management.

The SYNC system now uses a single cartridge that replaces the traditional 5 piece stack which eliminates the wrong consumable combination being fitted to the torch, the cartridge automatically sets the cutting or gouging mode along with the correct current to suit the cartridge.

4 colour coded cartridges are available for hand cutting, mechanised cutting, gouging and flush cutting.
