Simply Mix 3:1 with water to form 20Kg of cost effective anti spatter solution. Not only for Mig welding but can be used for laser cutting applications. Existing customers use this on their laser cutting machines to reduce spatter and dross as well as normal Mig welding protection. Simple spray on the sheet prior to Laser cutting or the workpiece and torch prior to welding.

Health and Environment-friendly, non-toxic, Silicone-free. Water-soluble anti spatter concentrate.

Prevents sticking of spatter to work pieces, jigs, fixtures, MIG nozzles, etc. especially effective on difficult applications such as stainless steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, arc A/S slag-adhesion prevention. No complications at all with further processes: priming, painting, galvanising etc. No problems with weld porosity.
