Need production capacity from your ring rolling machine? With its 4.5 schedule 40 pipe capacity, the R-H120 is the machine you want. The double pinch design of the R-H120 helps minimise those money wasting pieces of straight that are commonly found at the start and finish of the bend by allowing the operator to pre and post bend the material. The R-H120 is considered a double pinch roll bender since the top roll is fixed and the two bottom rolls move independently on hydraulic cylinders.

The R-H120 double pinch ring roller from Baileigh Industrial has powerful industrial-grade hydraulics that drive all three rolls. The R-H120 has lateral roll guides and guide rolls that are hydraulically driven to assist with coiling and twisting. The R-H120 has a heavy-duty steel plate frame that is bolted and welded to ensure no flex when bending at full capacity.

This ring roller can be operated in both vertical and horizontal positions, depending on what size material needs to be rolled. A mobile control pendant houses all control buttons including the digital readout for the roll positions and foot pedals for direction of operation. This roll bender offers one of the best designs on the market and is built with only the highest quality components.
