Used to interface a Hypertherm powermax plasma cutter with a CPC port to an external CNC table controller.

Pins 3 & 4 (Plasma Start / Input):

Wire Colors: Green (Pin 3) and Black (Pin 4)
Type: Normally open dry contact closure input. Tells the plasma system to fire the torch.

Pins 5 & 6 (Divided Arc Voltage / Output):

Wire Colors: Black (Pin 5 / negative) and White (Pin 6 / positive)
Type: Analog DC output providing a scaled-down arc voltage signal (ratios like 20:1 up to 50:1 depending on the power supply) for digital torch height control.

Pins 12 & 14 (Arc Transfer / Output):

Wire Colors: Red (Pin 12) and Black (Pin 14)
Type: Normally open dry contact relay output. Signals the CNC that the plasma arc has successfully transferred to the plate and motion can begin.
