Hypertherm 023206 Machine interface cable without voltage divider signal with 4 spade connectors 7.6m long, not for use if divided arc voltage is required for Digital torch height control (DTHC)

Used to interface a Hypertherm Powermax plasma cutter to a CNC table or remote arc start switch and to tell your CNC to begin motion.

To Start the Arc remotely connect the Green and Black wire together using a dry contact closure such as a switch or Relay, the plasma power sources will then fire as normal. Open the switch or relay to stop the Arc.

If Your CNC controller needs a signal to be able to know if the Plasma Arc has transferred from Pilot arc to full cutting arc, then connect the red and black wires to your CNC, once the Plasma arc has fully transferred (XFER) a relay will close within the plasma power source allowing continuity between pins 12 (red cable) and 14 (black cable). the maximum voltage of the switching device is no greater than 120VAC.

This cable cannot be used if arc voltage measurement is required for DTHC, use part # 228350 (7.6m) or 228351 (15.2m) - CNC cable with Divided arc voltage.
