CK MR140 Micro Torch 3.8m Superflex Cables, 3/8" BSP fittings

The CK MR140 Micro Tig Torch 3.8m Superflex Cables fitted with 3/8 BSP R/H nut fittings and is a water cooled tig torch ideal for applications with difficult to reach areas such as exhaust manifolds.


140 amps ACHF or DCSP @ 100%

Supplied with 45 / 90 / 180 Degree Heads, collets for 1.0, 1.6 and 2.4mm tungsten electrodes, 2 pyrex and 1 pink alumina nozzle.

Tungsten stick out gauge/wrench with 1.0, 1.6 and 2.4mm micro tungstens which make up the CK AK-MR Accessory kit.

The Micro Torch is the smallest and most versatile TIG torch on the market! These torches come complete with a kit and accessories to help make your job easier.


With a 140 amp rating and a ballpoint pen size, the new MR140 Micro Torch will handle your hard-to-access welding applications.

Clear Pyrex nozzles and a low-profile torch body make the MR140 perfect for the operator to see the weld puddle ensuring a high-quality weld.

45°, 90° and 180° heads are easily interchangeable onto the body and are included in the torch package. The different angled heads all use the same clear Pyrex nozzle eliminating the need for angled nozzles.

The tungsten electrode is easily adjusted with the Tungsten Stick-Out Gauge and Wrench, also included in the torch package. Simply set the gauge to the desired length and tighten the collet with the wrench securing the tungsten electrode. Super Flex® hoses complete the package minimising the weight and pull of the cable assembly when performing intricate TIG welding applications.
