Basic Lorch Cobot Welding Solution MIG-MAG including installation and training - 2 days by Wasp Supplies and you the customer are producing parts.

This welding system comprises of the Lorch S5-RoboMIG XT with special cobot interface, water cooling system with increased cooling capacity and 3 years Lorch industrial warranty. It includes the Base software for Welding (Job and Individual), Tacking, Gas/Wire Control and all the Lorch Speed and Pulse functions within the welding power source. Additional Lorch Cobotronic Functions can be added by purchasing the appropriate Licence.

These options include Fume Extraction, Torch cut + clean, Touchsense, Smartcopy, Cobot Jobs and quickpoints, Weaving, Seamtracking and Multilayer.

The Robot itself is the Universal Robots UR12e with controller, Modbus interface to the Lorch welding machine and Cobotronic Software.

The torch is the MIG-MAG torch system LMR 450 W EVO (22,5°) 3,5 m - Euro-ZA Consisting of: Torch neck LMR 450 W EVO (22.5°), torch hose assembly LMR-W 3.5 m and torch holder LMR (22.5°)

Other neck angles are available.

All cables mounting brackets, start/stop control box and everyday consumables to start welding immediately, the only thing not included is a suitable welding table.
