This Boder Pro 1500 watt hand held Laser welder is capable of welding up to 5mm Mild and Stainless Steel, 4mm Aluminium and 2mm brass with ease. This is the go-to machine in the Bodor range.

The Power source is equipped with a refrigerant cooling system to keep the internal components cool without the need for forced air or external water cooling. A self contained Cooling system.

The Bodor Pro 1500 Laser Welder package is suppplied ready to weld, with 1500 watt power source, 10m fibre optic cable and welding torch, wire feed unit, safety package and essential spare parts.

The machine is a 3 in 1 unit that welds, cuts and cleans. At Wasp we have a 1200 watt machine for demonstration at our Luton Stores.

Portable design, integrated and compact construction

The Bodor Welder 1500 Pro laser welding source is equipped with self-cooling technology, which completely eliminates the need to replace or refill water or other coolant. It does not contain a built-in water tank or cooling fans . This makes it possible to achieve very compact dimensions compared to other devices of the same type, taking up only 0.24 m2 of space on the workplace .

This power source is designed to help welders with complex applications in a variety of conditions where good and easy portability to the job site is key . It also comes with a set of Bodor welding nozzles to cover various joint configuratons.

Top performance even in extreme conditions and welding efficiency

It achieves excellent welding quality, reliability and stable performance tested in extreme temperature conditions from -20°C up to 60°C at relative humidity up to 90% for more than 10,000 hours.

It provides consistent welding quality across a variety of welding applications and high-speed welding of known metal materials, resulting in smooth welds without distortion. Regardless of the external environment, the high- efficiency resonator can generate laser output continuously 24/7 without interruption. Compared to traditional technologies , laser welding generally achieves up to 4x higher efficiency, which is key to good and expected productivity in the manufacturing process.

The Bodor Welder 1500 Pro is equipped with an innovative and patented self-cooling system that completely eliminates the need to replace or refill water or other coolant. This significantly simplifies maintenance of the device and reduces its operating costs .

This is a constant temperature circulation technology . The recyclable refrigerant absorbs excess heat in the system and dissipates it through the radiator. The system's ability to withstand temperature fluctuations and high humidity is supported by laboratory tests conducted for 10,000 hours. This system guarantees stable and continuous operation in extreme weather conditions and in demanding welding applications.

Intuitive and easy to use

Easy operation using a central rotary control with display unit and the option of selecting intelligent functions. All parameter settings such as power, weld width, frequency and others, as well as the selection of the welding process, are carried out with a single smart control easily accessible from above.

The controller also provides the ability to select programs from a pre-set database of welding processes and parameters . The database contains welding parameters for steel from 1.0mm to 4.0mm for performing both surface and fillet welds. The database acts as a guide for beginners and allows welders with different levels of knowledge to weld without obstacles. There is also the option of manually or automatically saving welding parameters as your own welding program in the system memory for future use.
