This NFC card opens up a standard Lorch Micor Mig welding machine that has mild steel synergic programmes and adds the following programmes and process's to the machine.

NFC-Upgrade - Master of Productivity

Contains the following welding processes and synergy packages:

- Multi-Material: Welding programs for CrNi307, CrNi308, CrNi316, AlMg and AlSi wires

- SpeedArc: Deep, optimum penetration and approx. 30% faster MIG-MAG welding

thanks to focused arc

- SpeedUp: Simple MIG-MAG seam welding thanks to precise control of the fusion and

penetration phase

Additionally with MIG brazing, Electrode Plus, TIG with Contac-TIG, NFC job read and

NFC job write (NFC job write only for ControlPro version)

Simply present the card infront of the main control panel, and your Lorch machine will include all of the above when the machine is re booted.

Once the Masters of Productivity is installed the Micor Mig range can be upgraded further to include pulse and Twin pulse on many materials with the addition of NFC upgrade Masters of Pulse

NFC-Upgrade - Master of Pulse

Contains everything that pulse welding has to offer:

- Pulse Steel: Pulse arc for spatter-free welding of steel materials (by avoiding the

transition arc)

- Pulse Multi-Material: Pulse arc for spatter-free welding of stainless steel and aluminum

materials (by avoiding the transition arc)

- MicorTwin: TIG seam optics, at MIG-MAG speed

Alternatively upgrade a Lorch Micor Mig welding machine that has standard steel synergic programmes only

to a fully loaded pulse machine in one step using NFC-Upgrade - Master of Pulse at a significant cost saving to the 2 step process above.

Contains everything that is included in Masters of Productivity and Masters of Pulse listed above.
