The CALI-MIG unit is designed to fix onto the front panel of virtually any standard MIG/MAG welding machine to display Amps/volts & give instant compliance with BS EN50504 & therefore comply with EN1090 & various quality standards such as ISO9000.

 Note; for compliance with these standards every MIG/MAG machine requires validated meters. Adding a CALI-MIG to a machine ensures compliance.

The unit comes ready calibrated & just needs plugging into the welding output circuit. We include a 600mm fly lead with 36/50 male/female dinse plugs to fit in series with your equipments earth lead.  No additional power is required. Simple fast fitting & connection means no engineer is necessary for installation. The small size of this unit means it can fit directly onto the front panel of most machines & two fixing points are provided. Bright LED read out gives good visibility of weld parameters for over 7M.
