Lorch TouchSense Seamtracking

Lorch TouchSence Seam tracking uses the welding nozzle, to lightly touch the workpiece at the start and end of the welding seam. If a product is not uniform the system automatically adjusts the welding seam to compensate for part fit up.  

Available on all Lorch e series welding Cobots, this upgrade is perfect for detecting parts that are not uniform. Simply record the start and end point of a weld seam, the programme will then use the welding nozzle to detect if parts are in the correct position, if not, adjust the welding programme to compensate for misaligned parts.
