The Baileigh HSP-50A workshop press is just like a standard Hydraulic press but air operated. Baileigh have fitted a pneumatic slave cylinder to their presses to actuate the Hydraulic ram. The ram is operated by a foot pedal which controls the flow of air to the cylinder,  If required the ram can still be operated by hand pump without air for those delicate operations,

The Baileigh HSP-50A features an extremely ridged, fully welded main frame, allowing the operator to throw the full 50 tons (45 ton metric) at it with no worries.  Along with its fully welded frame the HSP-50A shop press used industrial grade hydraulic components for years of care free use.  A pressure regulator and gauge are also included.

The HSP-50A pneumatic H-frame press also comes with its own set of vee block standard, making this press an even greater value.  The working width of the HSP-50A is a full 710mm and the cylinder stoke is 178mm  these facts coupled with an easily adjustable table, complete this versatile shop press.

The Baileigh Industrial HSP-50A shop press also has a unique feature that allows the operator to lift and lower the working table with the help of a winch and pulley system.  This will save time as well as the back of the operator when table relocation is needed.  The HSP-50A also comes with its own vee blocks as standard.
