This Package is the Hypertherm  Powermax85 Sync plasma cutter 087203 with 15.2m Smartsync mechanised torch 059721,  which is supplied with 3 metres of mains cable, 15.2m earth lead 223034, CPC port 228697, 2 off 85amp mechanised cutting cartridge 428934 and 1 off 30-45 amp mechanised finecut cutting cartridge. 3 off 428895 smartsync ohmic rings. 

Add either 75 or 15 degree hand torch, Serial remote sockets or any accessories you may require. CE version 380-400v 3 phase input. 

The Hypertherm Powermax85 SYNC is a next-generation professional grade air plasma cutter that dramatically simplifies system operation for production cutting and gouging up to 25 mm (1) and severance cutting up to 38mm.  

The Hypertherm 85 SYNC Features automated system process set-up via advanced RFID-enabled SmartSYNC torches and a revolutionary single-piece cartridge consumable that provides trackable utilization data.

The Powermax85 SYNC maximises productivity through reductions in downtime, optimised cut quality performance and streamlined consumable inventory management. 

The SYNC system now uses a single cartridge that replaces the traditional 5 piece stack which eliminates the wrong consumable combination being fitted to the torch, the cartridge automatically sets the cutting or gouging mode along with the correct current to suit the cartridge. 

4 colour coded cartridges are available for hand cutting, mechanised cutting, gouging and flush cutting.

SmartSYNC torches feature RFID capability that when coupled with a Hypertherm cartridge will communicate with a Powermax SYNC system to automatically set the amperage and process on the power supply. Available in handheld, mechanized and robotic torch configurations.

Cartridge use

By using the optional cartridge reader, the performance and life of each cartridge can be very easily assessed by scanning the infomation stored within the cartridge itself. using a smart phone, no need to connect to the power source to read the data.
