This Package is the Hypertherm  Powermax65 Sync powersource 083364 with 15.2m mechanised cutting torch 059721, earth lead 223126 and fitted with a CPC remote interface port, 2 off 65 amp mechanised cutting cartridges 428930, 1 off mechanised fine cutting cartridge 428926, 3 off ohmic rings 428895 and  supplied with 3 metres of mains cable. CE version. 

The new powermax SYNC is perfect for mechanised cutting applications, the 1 piece cartridge eliminates new and used consumables being fitted at the same time as in the old 5 piece stack up. Longer consumable life is achieved with a greater pierce height, with faster cutting speeds, Arc starts, transfers and hours used are recorded within the cartridge itself for accurate cutting data.

4 colour coded cartridges are available for hand cutting, mechanised cutting, gouging and flush cutting.

SmartSYNC torches feature RFID capability that when coupled with a Hypertherm cartridge will communicate with a Powermax SYNC system to automatically set the amperage and process on the power supply. Available in handheld, mechanized and robotic torch configurations.

Cartridge use

By using the optional cartridge reader, the performance and life of each cartridge can be very easily assessed by scanning the infomation stored within the cartridge itself. using a smart phone, no need to connect to the power source to read the data.
