0700500900 ESAB EPR-X1 PAPR powered air unit has now replaced the tried and tested ESAB PAPR unit and has an expandable hose to fit all current ESAB welding headshields. 

ESAB’s EPR-X1 PAPR unit connects seamlessly with all current ESAB prepared for air welding helmets and provides advanced respiratory protection from harmful welding fume particulates. This PAPR is designed for applications ranging from occasional use to full time industrial applications.
The EPR X1 offers a robust, compact housing with a powerful blower to ensure maximum life and performance. Check your battery status, fan settings and filter conditions at a glance with quick access status LED lights. Additionally, the PAPR provides audible and vibratory alerts to notify the user of low air flow (indicating a needed filter change) and low battery conditions.

The EPR X1’s turbo unit is controlled with easily accessed push buttons allowing three airflow speed ranges of 170/190/220 l/minute utilising the new smaller integral Lithium Ion battery.

 The HEPA quality, EN12942 TH 3P certified two stage filter and spark arrestor are easily accessed through a removable front door.

The ESAB PAPR system has been tested and approved for use with the following ESAB head shields, Sentinel A50, A60, Savage A40, G50, G40, G30 and F20 

Fits older systems such as Warrior Tech. 

This Latest ESAB PAPR system is designed to offer heavy duty protection from weld fume, and dust when either welding, grinding or gouging. The EPR-X1 uses a totally new P3 filter 0700500903, pre filter 0700500902 and has a replaceable spark arrestor 0700500906 and is supplied with a new ribbed comfort belt and shoulder harness as standard.
